Your Coach

Josh Adamson is an Australian fitness coach with over 20 years of experience helping clients transform their bodies and lives. Now based in Toronto, Canada, Josh owns and operates a private gym while coaching clients both in person and remotely across the globe.

Throughout his career, he has worked with a wide range of clients including everyday people, professional musicians, athletes, TV personalities, and high-performing entrepreneurs. His background in powerlifting, bodybuilding, and CrossFit allows him to blend different training styles to create fully customized programs based on each client’s unique goals.

What sets Josh apart is his personal approach to coaching. Every plan is strategic, personalized, and designed for long-term results. It’s not just about losing weight, it’s about creating sustainable change with real accountability and support.

I deadlifted 250 pounds for 5 reps, more than double my bodyweight, and I was the strongest I had ever been.
